Custom Process

After negotiation with customer, we prepare to launch new project.

  1. If customer have the drawing, which includes the dimensions, materials, special requirements, then we can make the mold according to the drawing.
  2. If customer have no drawing, our designer and engineer will make a drawing and 3D model for reference ,then prepare production after confirm the designs

After mold making, we will test the mold, our engineer will measure the sizes of the mold and test the hardness and so on, to make sure the molds are good quality. Then we send the molds to our customer for testing.
